Here we are with a new recipe ideal for both summer and spring season.
FARFALLE WITH HAM AND MELON (4 servings)
INGREDIENTS: 350 Farfalle Livera, 2 fresh onions, half melon, 150gr diced ham, basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.
PREPARATION: cut the melon in small dices and put into a bowl together with diced ham. Sautè onions and put into the bowl. Add farfalle coocked ” al dente” and dress with extra virgin oil, salt and pepper. Store in a fridge for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
