Sombreroni - Fantasy Pasta
The sombrero is a pastry worked exclusively by hand and reproduces the colors and shape of the sombrero hat. Can be cooked only in the oven after it has been scalded and filled with ricotta cheese and vegetables. A little cover is also provided to complete the cooking.
