STROZZAPRETI

Typical pasta of Puglia region stretched and worked from a small ball of dough then spread and dried at low temperature.

ORECCHIETTE

Apulian tradition, in the past typical past handmade by women and dried in the sun on wooden frames. It is cooked with any seasoning, especially with vegetables.

SPAGHETTI

These noodles are made with high quality semolina they have a rough surface to hold the sauce. Originally they were dried on wooden slats in the sun and wind.

LINGUINE

This format of long pasta is originally of Genoa and very consumed in the Liguria region, Livera has chosen for you a rough surface that holds the sauce.

PENNE RIGATE

It's a very well-known pasta in Italy, it's originality is in the cross section. The rifling makes it easy to match with light sauces.

MACCHERONI RIGATI

Above all maccheroni represents Italy. It is said they were brought to Italy by Marco Polo upon his return from China. Its cylindrical shape and the grooves are easily adapted to strong sauces based on meat too.

FUSILLI

It’s a pasta that is very popular all over the world, easy to cook and goes well with any sauce. Livera has selected a dimension that enhances the flavor and the cooking stability.

ABBRACCIATI

It's a tasty pasta, has a good cooking stability. Expresses a good volume both in the box and after cooking.

FARFALLE

The Livera farfalle are formed from a thin pastry which is first cut as a rectangle then clamped in the center up to take on the shape of a butterfly with two big wings.

SPAGHETTI CON ARCO

Long spaghetti with arch are produced exactly the same as 500 years ago. They are unthreaded from the pipes after 25 hours of drying and packed by hand, bag by bag.
